FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
The average 'thaw time' is about 3-4 hours but of course with any frozen snack there will be variables depending on storage temperature, climate, etc…You get it! However if you want to expedite the process because you just can't wait to drink your Smoothie try running it under warm water or move to fridge the night before you plan to enjoy it.
Well, there are a couple of ways to answer that! Let us break it down: 1) If you take it out of the freezer and put it in the fridge you have about 2 months to open and drink as long as it is sealed 2) Don’t worry if your kiddo leaves it out for 2-3 days and then consumes it – we’ve tested it and as long as it was sealed it’s ok – but we do recommend enjoying your Smoothie chilled for an optimal experience! 3) If you take it out of the freezer or refrigerator and open it, whatever you don't finish we recommend you discard.
Technically, yes, but if you want the best Smoothie Shakeups experience we suggest just putting in the fridge rather than back in the freezer
Yes! They stay cold for hours so don't worry about doubling up the ice and making that lunchbox too heavy :)

Nope! The sugar in Smoothie Shakeups comes from the real fruits and vegetables.
Because it's fun! Seriously, the shaking does have a purpose to help break up any frozen pieces so it's easier to drink.
Nope - nothing fake here!
We take allergens seriously so we've minimized as many as we could. We are gluten-free and have a dairy free version - Tropical Tango -. Though we want to point out these are made in a facility that handles tree nuts so please take extra care if your little one has a nut allergy.
Uhm…they will! Some parents told us they pop them in the fridge at night to have for breakfast on the way to school. The key is just to give the Smoothie enough thawing time after taking them out of the freezer or keep them in the fridge.
Get your mittens out! Just kidding. But they are in the freezer section alongside the frozen fruits and veggies you probably buy to make homemade smoothies.
We are getting that squared away right now. But, to be fully transparent, Ruckus and Co will have limited availability for a while. Keep checking on the Web site or follow us on Instagram and Facebook for updates on where we will be!
We'd be shocked. But it happens (kids are busy, we know!). Once the bottle is opened any unfinished product should be discarded. However, if it's unopened it's still safe to drink for up to 3 days. You might want to put it in the fridge to keep it cool.
You bet. We love the planet.
